1. Beta / Early Engagement Disclaimer

All services rendered during the early credibility-building phase are provided on a goodwill, no-fee basis (excluding any third-party platform costs). They are offered “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

2. Scope

Scope is limited to automation test suite setup, basic CI wiring, and optional training as mutually agreed in writing (email or message).

3. Ownership

All test assets created for a client belong to the client once delivered. I may retain anonymized structural learnings for future improvement.

4. No Liability

Client is responsible for validating all automation changes and approving any integration to production workflows.

5. Confidentiality

Reasonable care will be taken to avoid disclosure of confidential application details. Formal NDA can be added later upon request.

6. Transition to Paid Model

Future paid structure (target early 2026) will be communicated in advance. Existing early partners may receive ongoing discounts.

7. Modification

These terms may evolve. Continued use of the site after updates implies acceptance.
